How are the dog posters made?
Technology & Inks
Our personalized dog posters are printed using the HP Designjet series with 8-color HP Thermal Inkjet technology . Pigment-based inks guarantee durable and UV-resistant prints. The printer features an integrated i1 spectrophotometer for color consistency and accuracy.
Quality control
Regular color calibration of the equipment (spectral color measurement) ensures that the posters are printed vividly and with razor-sharp clarity. In addition to the state-of-the-art machinery, the prints are visually inspected by trained personnel before packaging.
Packaging inspection
The framed dog posters are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure protection during transport. The boxes are made from recycled paper.
How long does shipping take?
Orders received by 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes 2 to 3 business days within Germany and 4 to 6 business days to Austria.
I made a typo in the personalization settings, what can I do?
We routinely check all orders for spelling errors. If you have made a significant mistake while designing your poster, please contact us as soon as possible.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept all common payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, Klarna and Amazon Pay.
Alternatively, our DOGUE dog posters are now also available for personalization on Amazon.
What do I need to consider when uploading the dog photo?
Make sure it's a high-resolution portrait photo of your dog . You'll get the best results if the background contrasts sufficiently with the dog. Grass or other bright colors aren't suitable, as automatic background removal is more difficult in these cases.
Are the wall murals also available for multiple dogs?
You can either order two separate posters or upload a photo of both dogs . It's best to try out the live preview until you're happy with the result.

ich danke Ihnen vielmals für die tollen Bilder meiner Katzen, die jetzt auch Disney/ Pixar - Katzen sind. Die Bilder sehen so phantastisch aus, ich habe geweint, als sie gestern bei mir ankamen.
