Why was my package sent back to you?
If the tracking information shows that a package is being returned to us, there may be an address error. In this case, please contact us with the complete address so we can resend the package to you.
Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (or, if prepayment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Further details regarding payment
When paying by SEPA Direct Debit (Core or Business), you authorize us, by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate, to collect the invoice amount from the specified account. You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit collection date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account on the notified date.
When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract. For any questions, please find our contact details in the legal notice.

Liebe Mirarbeiter/Innen bei Wauzy,
ich danke Ihnen vielmals für die tollen Bilder meiner Katzen, die jetzt auch Disney/ Pixar - Katzen sind. Die Bilder sehen so phantastisch aus, ich habe geweint, als sie gestern bei mir ankamen. Ich hatte noch die Bitte bei einem meiner Kater nachzuarbeiten, damit es authentischer ist, es wurde gemacht!! Es ist so Klasse!!!
Heute,10.10.25, wurden sie gerahmt und an die Wand gehängt. Habe Sie auch mit den Photos weiter empfohlen.
